5. Try it: Resize the Picture
Select the new picture. The Resize Image options should pop up. The list includes:
Small (35%)
Medium (50%)
Original (100%)
Large (200%)
Fit to Window

The default size is Original: that looks good.

Go ahead...Send the message.
The E-mail should arrive in your Inbox.

Memo to Self: This version of Outlook does not have all of the wonderful Picture Tools that can be found in the desktop version. <tears>
